What does Eidice do on its own — and what comes to me?
On its own: routine replies in your tone, follow-ups, nurture touches, appointment-request routing, and data entry — inside rules and hours you set. To you: pricing, contracts, negotiations, and anything license-sensitive, with a briefing so you can jump in fast. Every send is logged.
What if Eidice sends the wrong thing?
Every category starts in Shadow Mode. Eidice drafts, you read, you decide. Auto-send only graduates when you've watched the drafts for a category and trust the quality. When something goes out, the full audit log shows what Eidice sent, when, the rule that authorized it, and the lead it went to. The Fair Housing reviewer flags risk terms before send; license-sensitive escalation pauses anything touching pricing, negotiation, contract terms, or fiduciary judgment.
Can I turn off auto-send?
Yes. Every automation has an off switch, independently. Zero Work Mode toggles off. Sequences toggle off. Auto-reply toggles off. Drip campaigns toggle off. Each category, each lead, each time-window. Or one button stops them all.
What stays in draft no matter what?
Anything that touches pricing advice, negotiation, contract terms, signature requests, fiduciary judgment, tone-sensitive replies, multi-thread coordination, TCPA boundaries, Fair Housing-sensitive language, or sensitive consumer attributes. Those always pause and surface a Decision Brief.
How do I see what got sent?
Every send is audit-logged with the message body, recipient, timestamp, and the policy that authorized it. Filter by channel, by date, by lead, by category. Your CA DRE name and license number sit on every consumer touch. Inbox, Marketing, and Reports tabs all surface the trail; Settings → Audit Trail gives you the full export.
What happens if a regulator asks for records?
You hand them the audit log. Every send, every escalation, every scrubbed stop request, every Fair Housing reviewer flag: timestamped, immutable, exportable. CRMLS data-license terms are honored on every MLS query.
Will my clients know it's AI?
They'll know every message fits how you write — because it does. Eidice trains on your Tone Quiz and every reply you tune. If a lead asks directly whether they're talking to AI, Eidice discloses honestly: no dodging, no deflection. Public-records data stays internal — it informs your view of a lead, never the messages they receive.
Does Eidice send SMS blasts?
No. Eidice does not support SMS mass blasts. SMS follow-up is paced, personalized, quiet-hour aware, stop-request aware, and built to respect TCPA and carrier filtering boundaries.
Does Eidice send email blasts?
No. Eidice does not support generic email blasting either. Email follow-up is built around list hygiene, personalized context, unsubscribe handling, and CAN-SPAM-aware records rather than bulk campaigns.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Start free. The free version lets you try Eidice's core CRM with no card and no time limit. Paid plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime, no contract, and export your data whenever you want.
How long does setup take?
Sign up, import your leads via CSV or connected sources, take the Tone Quiz, and set your rules. On Pro Plus and Elite, a dedicated account manager builds that first-week setup with you.
Does Eidice work on my phone?
Yes — today. Open eidicecrm.com in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android and choose "Add to Home Screen." Eidice opens full-screen from its own icon like any app, with your full pipeline, inbox, and briefings. No app-store download needed.
Is Eidice available outside California?
Eidice is California-first. Creating an account or starting a paid plan does not require entering a DRE number, but California MLS access and first-contact disclosure features still rely on the right license details where applicable. State-specific MLS and compliance coverage will expand over time.
Will Eidice do things I'm legally required to do as a licensee?
No. Eidice writes replies, qualifies leads, flags showing requests to you, and supports routine follow-up exactly the way you communicate. You handle pricing, advice, negotiations, signatures, and anything that needs licensed-agent judgment. Eidice keeps records of automated lead activity so you can review what happened and why.
