Refund Policy
Paid plans bill upfront. 7-day money-back after first paid charge.
Start a paid plan when you are ready. If Zaxin is not the right fit, request a refund within 7 days of the first paid charge.
Every paid Zaxin plan starts with an upfront Stripe Checkout charge. Free tier is the only no-card path. You have 7 days from your first paid charge to request a full money-back refund (one per account lifetime).
1. How paid plans start
Sign up for any paid plan and Stripe Checkout charges the selected monthly or annual plan upfront. You can cancel anytime via Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
You have 7 days from your first paid charge to request a full refund. The 7-day window begins on the date of your first successful paid charge and does not reset between plan changes. Each account is eligible for one (1) money-back refund over the lifetime of the account. After the 7-day window, monthly subscription charges are non-refundable; annual plans receive a pro-rated cancellation refund instead (see Section 5).
3. How to cancel
Cancel anytime directly inside Zaxin: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until the period ends. No cancellation fees. Per the California Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §17600-17606) and the FTC click-to-cancel rule, we clearly disclose renewal terms, provide simple cancellation, and send renewal reminders.
4. One-time charges
One-time charges (e.g., white-glove onboarding sessions) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. If a session is not yet delivered, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
5. Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. The 7-day money-back guarantee (Section 2) applies to the first paid charge. After the 7-day window, annual plans receive a pro-rated cancellation refund equal to the total amount paid minus the monthly-equivalent rate multiplied by the number of months used (rounded up to the nearest full month). Pro-rated refunds forfeit any forever-locked grandfathering (e.g., the Founding $199 lifetime rate-lock). You retain access for the full 12-month period after cancellation if you decline the pro-rated refund.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases of billing error, duplicate charges, or unauthorized charges. Contact us at zacharyoliver@zaxin.ai and we will investigate promptly.
