Zaxin Account Deletion
Zaxin is operated by Oliver Labs LLC. This page lets Zaxin app users request deletion of their account and associated app data without reinstalling or opening the app.
Request Account Deletion
Send your request from the email address used for your Zaxin account to privacy@zaxin.ai with the subject "Zaxin account deletion request".
Include your name, account email, and a short confirmation that you want your Zaxin account deleted.
What Happens Next
We verify your identity before deleting or changing account data. After a verified deletion request is approved, active account and lead data is purged within 30 days unless a legal-retention exception applies.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, regulatory, or messaging-compliance reasons. For example, SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained to satisfy TCPA compliance and dispute-defense obligations.

You can also request deletion from inside Zaxin by opening Settings, then Privacy & Legal, then the deletion request control.
